Case tools lab
Hi all ,I have a lab called case tools lab. We have been asked to come with a problem statement(we were asked to search for open ended problems) for some problem for which we have to start from problem statement stage till testing.I don't have idea about it.Pl help
So is your problem to:
Define a problem statement from given topic?
or
Find a topic itself?
Generally problem statements are presented in 1 or 2 paragraphs. They for sure belong to some domain i.e. Insurance, Finance, Banking, Telecom etc... Their origin is from a business case which is nothing but a current scenario that has some inefficiencies or inabilities identified. And problem statement asks to provide a solution for it. This is where the requirement is born. Consider following example:
"Add a new feature to the existing website that enables it’s customers to view their policy details, change personal contact details & pay the premiums online either by credit card or by net banking."
